This hotel is the best. Everyone from the desk checking in, starting from Ms.Arini she is very helpful, she gives a 110% customer service and housekeeping is making sure that our room is clean everyday and very tidy and they provided us all items we need in the room , towels and hand towels ,Mr. Winato and Mr. Gunawan from security are very attentive and professional.From the dining room, Mr.Inan and Mr. Mulus we’re very generous offering us great service and the ladies checking us in the dining room we’re very gracious and all staff member were so courteous. I will highly recommend this wonderful hotel. It should be rated 5 star instead of 4.!!!

Service was excellence. From the valets/attendance, porters and reception/check in counters. Breakfast was great. We love having breakfast there as staffs were very friendly and their meticulous attention to customer service and hospitality. Varieties of very good foods were served there. Stefan and his staffs done an excellence job. My daughter loves the painting, playing 'chefs' and the kids movie sessions. It was a great stay.

The chefs and dining staff were exemplary - as a vegetarian, they went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Reception, bar and cleaning staff were so helpful and obliging. The location was the best

This was a repeat stay with the hotel. We liked that it was only about 10-15 minute (morning, without traffic) taxi ride to the train station.
